Sea Brew in Philippines and Brewcon in Australia Now, both Sea Brew in Philippines and Brewcon in Australia have concluded successfully. We are really excited to attend these two great conference and meet many craft beer fans from different countries.  Everybody has their own unique ideas and opinions about craft beer. The conferences give us chance to exchange experience freely. As we always said,  If you have an apple and I have an apple,and we exchange apples,we both still only have one apple. But if you have an idea and I have an idea,and we exchange ideas,we each now have two ideas. 20HL micro brewery installed in Singapore We are glad to keep you know a new 20hl micro brewery is just installed in Singapore. Please check the following pictures.  The brewhouse is typical two vessel, mash/lauter tun and kettle/whirlpool tun with hot liquor tun.  The fermenters looks very slim and high as the customer prefers to decrease the diameter in order to place more fermenters in the narrow floor area.  Besides, the owners in this brewery is very creative and would like to try different new beer recipes always, so they purchased one 1 bbl pilot system as well, which looks very cute.  Do hope they will start to brew soon.
