The brewer does not have to do factory work manually. The hydrator can mix malt and water in order to advoid caking, also advoid dust forming in brewery. D. Single size fermenter. The brewmaster can only brew one batch per day with single size fermenter as each fermenter had better be filled within 24 hours.
